Mystery Of The Blue Diamond
Setting: A town along the shore
of Lake Michigan.
Present day
In Hika Bay, friends Kolbe, Addy, and Oliver are enjoying the start of their summer vacation. Living so near Lake Michigan, they often find themselves exploring the rocky shoreline for hours. Every day, they find a new collection of rocks, shells, and other treasures that wash ashore.
But one morning, the kids found something they never expected to find. Tucked between the large boulders was a clear plastic bag containing a beautiful blue diamond wrapped in a black velvet cloth.
After admiring the diamond, they wrapped it back up and placed it back where they found it so they could notify the police. But when they arrived back to the shore with the officer, the diamond was gone.
Earlier that morning, the local Maritime Museum reported that a rare and extremely valuable blue diamond had been stolen from the museum.
